Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and exclude VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are quoted separately but are included in the overall prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards as well as by invoice. Credit / Debit Card payments are taken immediately upon completion of order.

Delivery

We generally only deliver within the mainland UK and we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery by 1pm next day. We aim to collate our information and to deliver our service packs just after 15 working days.
Scottish Water asset drawings are normally e-mailed within 24 hours.

Cancellation
Once an order has been placed it will not be possible to cancel it.
